Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security Deposit:
At check-in, the main contact must provide a valid credit card and expiry date for a pre-authorization of $500–$1500, covering the entire group’s damage and security deposit. This hold is used if any damage occurs to the cabin, golf course, carts, or property. After departure, the cabin(s) will be inspected. Any damages or excessive cleaning fees will be charged immediately to the credit card on file, and a receipt will be emailed to the renter.
Cancellation Policy:
• 6 days or less before arrival: No refunds. Players may be replaced.
• 30 to 7 days before arrival:
Full or partial cancellations made in writing will incur a $300 per player penalty.
If a player reduction brings the group below the minimum required for the cabin, Seguin Valley may move the group to a different cottage and/or apply a surcharge for not meeting minimum occupancy.
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: Cancellations are subject to a $50 per player administration fee.
Refunds are issued to the original card used for payment. Fees are retained from the original payment, and the remaining balance is refunded within 10–15 business days from the cancellation date.
WEATHER POLICY
There are no refunds for shortened stays or unmet expectations due to weather.
Guests unable to finish a round of golf included in the Stay & Play package will receive a rain cheque for an equivalent round.
Partially completed rounds follow club policy based on holes played. If the course is forced to close due to weather, we will make every effort to re-book your stay later in the season.
Deposit Policy
Full Payment is required as directed by the Sales Coordinator at the time of booking. Payments are due immediately for last minute bookings
For your convenience, payments can be made in one lump sum or individually. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
