Cottage 1 is designed for golf groups, offering:
• Main Cabin: Three bedrooms, each with two beds.
• Waterfront Sleeping Cabins: Five detached cabins, each with two twin beds, just steps from the water.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: A spacious, eat-in kitchen to prepare and enjoy meals together.
• Signature Outdoor Space: A large sitting area with stunning views of the hole 7 bridge.
• Entertainment: Big-screen satellite TV for post-round relaxation.
• Lakefront Fire Pit: End your day under the stars, with firewood available for purchase.

Minimum occupancy is 12 golfers. All accommodation is shared.
Please be aware that weekends are a mandatory 2 nights stay.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Security Deposit: Upon arrival, the main contact will agree to provide a valid credit card number and expiry date to be used to pre-authorize in the amount of $500-$1500 for damage and security deposit for the entire group booking. This pre-authorization will be held in the event there are damages to the cabin, course, carts or property.

Cancellation:
6 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds, the player can be replaced.
30-7 days before arrival: If the reservation is cancelled in full or in part 30 days to 7 days before the date of arrival (Requests must be made in writing), a penalty fee in the amount of $300.00 PER PLAYER will result.

If the reservation is canceled in part (player reduction) and now the booking falls below the minimum number of players for the specific cabin, Seguin Valley reserves the right to move the booking to an alternative cottage and/or a surcharge for failing to meet the minimum number of guests will be applied to the card on file.

Cancellations more than three weeks prior to arrival are subject to a $50 PER PLAYER administration fee.

All cancellation refunds will be returned to the original card used for purchase. Fees shall be retained from the original payment and the difference is refunded. 10-15 business days from date of cancellation.

Upon inspection, after departure from the cabin(s), the main contact will be responsible for all damages or excessive cleaning requirements needed; these charges will be invoiced separately and charged immediately to the booking credit card. A receipt will be mailed to the Renter.

WEATHER POLICY: There shall be no refunds of packages due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. Any guest unable to finish a round of golf due to weather included in the Stay and Play package will receive a rain cheque for an equivalent round. Partially completed rounds are subject to the club policy based on how many holes are completed. If the course must close due to weather, efforts will be made to re-book the stay at a later date in the season.
